Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Basic food preparation.
  • Stock control and storage.
  • Serving staff and general hospitality.
  • Cleaning and general kitchen duties.
  • Dish and pan washing.
  • Completion of Records
  • Collect, sort, and wash laundry (e.g. uniforms, linens, towels).
  • Operate washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor laundry supplies and report low stock.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area.
  • To undertake any reasonable duty at the request of the Production Manager

Essential Criteria; 

  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Desirable Criteria; 

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or laundry setting.
  • Food hygiene certificate.
