We operate two audited sites:
- One production facility dedicated to manufacturing wet cat and dog food in cans, plastic trays, and pouches.
- One packing and distribution facility that ensures efficient logistics and delivery.
Our manufacturing capabilities include two dedicated units in Moy — one for canning and one for trays & pouches.
Key milestones:
- 2012: Opened a purpose-built plastic tray facility.
- 2014: Established a new distribution site to streamline logistics and delivery.
- 2024: Installed a new canning line to enhance production capacity.

Technology and Investment
The company is driving innovation with major investments in production, including a GEBO can-packing line, tray manufacturing, a £2 million CAMA line at Moygashel, an ERP IT system, upgrades to lines C and BC, a pouch line installed in 2022, and significant improvements to its canning facility.
Protecting Pets with Every Bite
We use modern equipment to detect and remove foreign bodies, helping ensure the highest standards of safety in our products. This includes:
- X-ray systems
- Metal detectors
- Optical inspection equipment
These technologies are regularly challenged and verified to maintain performance and reliability. While no system can guarantee 100% removal of contaminants, our rigorous controls significantly reduce risk and protect pets with every bite.

Located in Moy, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Over 200,000 sq. ft of factory space across 2 locations. Capacity to produce 115million units of pet food per year.
