Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Basic food preparation.
- Stock control and storage.
- Serving staff and general hospitality.
- Cleaning and general kitchen duties.
- Dish and pan washing.
- Completion of Records
- Collect, sort, and wash laundry (e.g. uniforms, linens, towels).
- Operate washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor laundry supplies and report low stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area.
- To undertake any reasonable duty at the request of the Production Manager
Essential Criteria;
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Desirable Criteria;
- Previous experience in a kitchen or laundry setting.
- Food hygiene certificate.
