Production Operative (Night Shift – Moygashel)

Job Purpose: Production Operatives support the efficient, safe, and high‑quality production of pet food within Moygashel factory.  Production Operatives are responsible for operating machinery, following established processes, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role ensures that products are produced to specification, on time, and in line with company standards, contributing to the overall performance and smooth running of the production line.

Rate of Pay: Starting at £12.61 plus £2 per hour night shift time and attendance bonus 

Main Responsibilities:
Depending on your exact role, below is a list of the main responsibilities expected of the successful candidate.

•Checking and controlling the machinery that packages the food ensuring consistent quality.
•Ensuring the packaging line achieves its targets.
•Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of workstation always.
•Recording product parameters.
•Report equipment or product faults to supervisor or management.
•Report any non-conformances identified immediately to management.
•Comply with all company rules, policies, and procedures.
•Follow Health and Safety policies.
•Work as part of a team.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
•Good understanding of English.
•Be able to work on own initiative.
•Flexible to work overtime when required.
•Good communication skills.
•Able to work in controlled environments.
•Previous factory experience would be advantageous.
