Mackle Petfoods is a Living Wage Employer
Mackle Petfoods is the first large food manufacturer in Northern Ireland to sign up to the real Living Wage.
We are committed to ensuring all our hourly paid staff are paid the real Living Wage which is the only wage based on the cost of living. We believe our staff deserve a fair wage for a fair day's work and are committed to investing in our people and reflecting this in their salaries.
In addition, we are committed to ensuring that any contractors we work with are paid the real Living Wage too.
Mackle Petfoods will now pay all hourly-paid staff a minimum of £12.00 per hour, increasing to £12.60 per hour from April 2025, in line with wage rates set by the Living Wage Foundation.
